ASAA Track and Field Provincials Held After Three Year Hiatus
This first track and field season since 2019 wrapped up this past weekend in Medicine Hat. Athletes from across the province gathered to compete in the 2022 ASAA Provincial Track and Field Championships.

Carley Jewell was one of ten officials to make history at the U13 Female A Provincial Championships held in Picture Butte. For the first time in Hockey Alberta history an all-female crew officiated the full tournament.

Since their inception in 2017, the Lethbridge Lightning have been focused on giving back to the community they call home. “Hockey is a game where you’re taught to remember where you came from” remarks Lightning defenceman Dune Wald. “Giving back to the community is how you thank those who support you and show that the team is a part of the community.”
